What we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Quantora is operated by Quantora Pte. Ltd. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we act as the controller of the personal data described below.

Account information. Your email address, name (optional), password hash, and account settings.

Usage data. Pages you visit, features you use, queries you make, and the markets you watchlist. We use this to operate the service and improve it.

Device data. IP address, browser, operating system, and approximate location inferred from IP, collected via standard server logs and analytics cookies.

Communication. If you write to us, the contents of your message and your contact details.

We do not collect payment card details directly. These are handled by our payment processor.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send you transactional notifications (e.g. login alerts).
• To send you product updates if you opted in, never sold or shared with third-party marketers.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share data with carefully selected sub-processors who help us run the service: hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. Each is bound by data protection terms and uses your data only to perform the contracted service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantora or others.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and operational reasons (typically up to 24 months). Backups are rotated and purged on a schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@quantoraresearch.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use a small number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session state, and analytics cookies to understand which features get used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; the service will still work.

We use industry standard security practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, scoped access, and routine patching. No system is perfectly secure; we keep working to reduce risk and will notify you in the event of a breach affecting your data, as required by law.

The service is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will post the updated policy on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted by email if you have an active account.
