The terms that govern your use of Quantora.

By accessing or using Quantora (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Quantora is provided by Quantora Pte. Ltd.

Quantora is market research workflow software. It surfaces ranked reads, factor decomposition, confidence states, and structured theses across country macro, currencies, rates context, equity indices, commodities, and metals. The Service is informational only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, an offer, an execution venue, or portfolio management.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any trading, investment, or other financial action you take based on your interpretation of the Service’s output.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered to persons located in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful.

You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service’s output beyond your own use without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, attempt to extract, or replicate the Service’s models, scoring logic, or data pipelines.
• Use the Service to provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or portfolio management to third parties.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

All content, models, methodology, branding, and source code that comprise the Service are the exclusive property of Quantora Pte. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Pricing displayed on the website is indicative until early access opens; final pricing and terms will be confirmed at signup.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Markets carry risk. Past behaviour is not indicative of future outcomes. Nothing the Service displays is a guarantee, prediction, or assurance of any outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantora Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
